Terms & Conditions
- The date will be provisionally held for 1 week from date of quote. After this time the date will be released.
- To hold and book the date the online booking form must be completed and submitted.
- Bookings are only secure when the deposit has been paid. Deposits are 50% of the total booking and is due within 2 weeks of sending the online booking form, if deposit has not been recieved then the date will be released and the date will available to another booking.
- The balance (total booking cost less deposit) is due on the day of the event by cheque or cash, otherwise by Google checkout one week prior to the event.
- Methods of payment: cash, cheque or Google checkout only.
- Cheques should be made payable to Kate Aspden and posted to 572 Darwen Road, Egerton, Bolton, BL7 9RU.
- Google payments: A payment request will be emailed on receipt of your booking form.
- If for any reason you need to cancel or change the bookings, this should be done by email to kate@kateaspden.co.uk.
- In the event of cancellation the 50% deposit is non-refundable. No further costs will be incurred.
- Date changes after your booking has been secured will be accommodated where possible, if the change is not possible then it will be treated as a cancellation.
- All makeup and hair trials for an event will take place at the same time at one location
- Parking costs will be an additional charge if there is no free parking available. Please confirm if this might be the case at the time of booking. If the trial and/or wedding is to be held in Manchester city center a charge of £10 will be incurred per visit.
- If for some reason I am unable to attend, every effort will be made to find another hair & makeup artist, otherwise your deposit and final payment, if made, will be refunded to you in full. This has never happened!
